Guidance on Giving
Stewardship pledges and gifts are the lifeblood of the church and provide 93% of our annual operating budget. In recent years, our total stewardship pledge goal has been $2,000,000. For 2025, we are raising the target by 10% to support our continued growth, and we hope you will consider how your pledge can help St. Matthew’s to reach this goal.
Many parishioners have asked for guidance on an appropriate pledge amount for their families, so we wanted to share information about our pledge ranges and averages from 2024. We hope this chart provides helpful context as you consider your 2025 pledge.
